This is the WORST device I have ever used. I would have more faith in a dollar store power bank. The thing can only charge my iPhone 17 10% with a full charge. Actual garbage and it’s laughable that it has so many good reviews

Excellent service and great product
After a couple days of having the Piston Power 5000 Slim Mag power bank, I charged it and thought, “Okay, this actually seems pretty good.” Oh no no no. You charge it, barely even use it, and the next day it’s dead. Then you charge it again… and it’s dead again. It just keeps happening over and over. Definitely NOT reliable if you actually need power on the go. I do not recommend this product at all. Save your money and run from it.
This LOGIIX Piston Power 5,000 Slim Mag is best in class. Been using slim chargers from other companies for a few years, not anymore. LOGIIX is making some of the best Ultra slim MagSafe chargers in the business today! This will make a good travel companion, highly recommend.
I purchased this power bank from Wireless Wave, Toronto , after trading in my old phone for $50, plus I paid $18 extra to buy it. However, the first one charged my 5000 mah phone battery only upto 50%. I went to the store and got it replaced. The 2nd one had overheating issue, plus, that also charged my phone only a maximum of 50%. Today I returned it, and replaced it with a 3rd one . This one also overheates and charges only 50%. I am sure this brand is of cheap quality and the products are overpriced. Now I am stuck with this power bank which charges my phone only 50%. I could have bought a better one from Amazon for the same price.
My battery pack is slim, lightweight and very handy to travel with. I had a problem with my first one and they immediately sent me a replacement after a quick message to and from customer service. I was very happy a new one arrived within days

I love the weight and size of the power bank. But it overheats quickly when I use it to charge my iPhone 16 Pro. And the iPhone gets overheated as well.
Power bank is light and thin. It charges quickly. No need for charge when charging with MagSafe.
