The LOGiiX 2-in-1 Multicable is a premium braided 1.5m USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable that features an attached USB-A connector. Easily convert this USB-C to USB-C cable to a USB-A to USB-C cable by sliding the attached USB-A connector onto the cables built-in USB-C connector.
The USB-C to USB-C mode is capable of charging devices at up to 100W, perfect for charging high-powered laptops, tablets and smartphones. When in USB-A to USB-C mode allows you to easily charge smaller devices like speakers and headphones with ease.
The braided cable design and flexible connector housing relieves stress on the cable to prevent breakage and fraying.

Try to disconnect the cable from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use the cable with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at customerservice@logiix.ca.
