You can charge most smartphones up to 5 times per full charge of the LOGiiX Piston Power 10,000 Pro Mag.

Can the Piston Power 10,000 Pro Mag power bank be used for international travel?

Yes, the LOGiiX Piston Power 10,000 Pro Mag can be used internationally. Ensure that the wall charger used to charge the Piston Power 10,000 Pro Mag is compatible with the voltage of the country you are travelling to. The power bank does not include a built-in step-down transformer.

What should I do if the LOGiiX Piston Power 10,000 Pro Mag power bank cannot be charged or does not charge other devices?
