These tiny power cubes pack a punch thanks to new Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology that allow these power cubes to safely deliver a high power output.

Compatibility

The Power Plus can work with any device. However, to get the most out of the charger, a USB Type-C cable is recommended to use with a compatible device. Some of the best devices to take advantage of Power Delivery are: iPhone 12, iPhone 11, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL.

Note: The device must support PD specifications to maximize speed & delivery. Best used with a USB Type-C to USB Type-C, or a USB Type-C to Lightning, which are not included with this charger.

    What is "Power Delivery"?
    Power Delivery = Fast charging. Power Delivery is a fast charging technology supported by certain Apple and Android devices. It delivers much higher levels of power to your devices. It is hands down, the best and fastest way to charge your devices.

    What do I need to make Power Delivery work with my device?
    Firstly, you'll need PD enabled device. Secondly, you'll need a PD enabled charger, such as Power Plus 20! Lastly, you will need a USB Type-C cable to connect your device.

    What are "Watts"?
    The "Watts" of a charger is a summarization to the speed or "power" that is created by the charger. The higher the Watts, the faster your device will charge. However, many devices have a maximum charging speed. For example, an iPhone X can charge at a maximum of 18W, so the Power Plus 20W will only charge an iPhone X at 18W.

    Which countries is the LOGiiX Power Plus 30 compatible with?

    The LOGiiX Power Plus 20 is compatible with Type A and Type B power sockets, commonly found in US and Canada. The Power Cube C can be used in other countries if it is used with an appropriate travel adapter.

    What should I do if my LOGiiX Power Plus 20 isn’t charging my device?
    Try to disconnect the power cube from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use the power cube with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at customerservice@logiix.ca.
