Compatibility
The Power Plus can work with any device. However, to get the most out of the charger, a USB Type-C cable is recommended to use with a compatible device. Which countries is the LOGiiX Power Plus 25 Duo compatible with?
The LOGiiX Power Plus 25 Duo is compatible with Type A and Type B power sockets, commonly found in US and Canada. The Power Cube C can be used in other countries if it is used with an appropriate travel adapter.
What should I do if my LOGiiX Power Plus 25 Duo isn’t charging my device?
Try to disconnect the power cube from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use the power cube with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at customerservice@logiix.ca.
