Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.4 / 5 from 7 reviews.
It seemed kinda flimsy
Ordering was easy and shipping was super fast. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the magnets are not quite strong enough to keep the cover closed when I transport it in my bag (vertically). Otherwise it’s great and I love being able to buy from a local design company. Thank you.
Store owner replied: We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying your Origami+ and had a smooth ordering experience. Thanks for your feedback on the magnet strength, we’ll pass it along to our product team!
It works as intended.
smooth, easy and great products. Happy to support a Canadian enterprise.
This Origami+ case is top-quality, and provides sturdy protection for my iPad 8. It folds to prop the iPad either vertically or horizontally, and my Apple pencil clips easily but securely onto the long edge; these are both features that I was looking for. There's even a safe spot to keep the cap of the pencil while charging, which is a bonus I hadn't realized would be so helpful. As soon as I'd placed the order and received the confirmation email, I realized I'd ordered the wrong colour: Blush (i.e. pink -- gaaaaaaah!) instead of the Midnight Blue I wanted. I immediately sent an email to LOGiiX (couldn't find the place on their site to change the order myself -- the only small frustration in the whole transaction) and asked for the change. Half a day later, I received confirmation that the order had been updated and shipped. Excellent customer service! Coming from one side of the country to the other, it arrived a day earlier than predicted in serious packaging that even exceeded the needs of protection. I've been using the case for two weeks now, and am totally pleased with it. Michelle
I appreciate the quality of the product and that the company backs that up with a life time warranty.
