Which countries is the LOGiiX Power Plus 30 Eco compatible with?
The LOGiiX Power Plus 30 Eco is compatible with Type A and Type B power sockets, commonly found in US and Canada. This charger can be used in other countries if it is used with an appropriate travel adapter.
What should I do if my LOGiiX Power Plus 30 Eco isn’t charging my device?
Try to disconnect the power cube from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use the power cube with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at help@logiix.ca.
