Can I charge my device safely in any of the approved countries listed above?
While the World Traveler XL 65W with built-in cable will allow you to charge your device in any of the approved countries it will not function as a step-down transformer or convert AC voltage between 110 and 220 VAC. We suggest also keeping a surge protector or a step-down unit along with the world traveler.
What should I do if my World Traveler XL 65W with built-in cable isn’t charging my device?
Try to disconnect the World Traveler from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use it with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at help@logiix.ca
