Good product but when it arrived in the mail the left earbud was quiet and made a distinct sound when audio began playing through the ear bud and when it stopped as well

Make sure there is a clear path between your device and LOGiiX Melody Mini. In some cases, the Bluetooth signal can be obstructed by appliances like microwaves, household furniture, walls and other Bluetooth Devices.
What should I do if my LOGiiX Melody Mini isn’t playing music or connecting to my smartphone?
Try to disconnect the earbuds from the device it is connected to and attempt to use it with a different device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at customerservice@logiix.ca.

Up to 14 hours play time my as...tuckus. At full charge it may go up to 8 hours. Annoying recurring beeps that start at 30% to annoy, I mean remind, you to charge. Other than that, they're good temporary ear buds until you can get a better brands that have longer batteries for the same price.
Replacement pair after right earbud didn’t work. Right earbud doesn’t work in replacement pair. Don’t fit well in my ear at all therefore poor sound quality left ear bud.
Love these headphones though I do find that any time I try to adjust them in my ear I hang up the phone or pause the music. It’s a shame that there is no surface on the headphone that isn't touch sensitive. Otherwise, love them! I bought two sets.
These are the worst earphones I’ve owned I’’m sorry….where do I start: 1. Low battery sound is catastrophically loud and beeps in small intervals so frequently that it feels like each beep itself is dropping the battery by 5% and hurts your ears 2. Nearly the whole earphone itself is fully touch sensitive…this isn’t helpful. It means every time you try to grab it you could either pause or play or set off siri instead of having a design like other earphones that requires a click so as to not constantly trigger this 3. The random disconnecting oh my god….at random times, very frequently, the earphones will beep once and then beep a second time a few short seconds later and disconnect for no reason - there is no amount of troubleshooting nor charging or reseting that can fix this it’s just broken :( I really wanted to support a Vancouver company but this product is ridiculous….I’m sorry

My first purchase did not work so I was sent a new melody mini earbud but those also did not connect! The power cord in the second one sent by you was faulty so I used the original power cord in the original package. The earbud case did charge but the earbuds did not connect to the iPad. AGAIN
